IMG Academies Golf & Country Club at El Conquistador is located at 4350 El Conquistador Parkway in Bradenton. The course opened in 1972 and has undergone a $2.5 million renovation by Gene Bates Golf Design of Palm Beach Gardens. The course has been lengthened to 6,855 yards from the back tees and the renovation also included replacement for a larger practice facility. Golfers will enjoy an 18-hole championship layout with beautifully maintained grounds. The grass is a state-of-the-art hybrid developed specifically for southern courses.

Amenities include a clubhouse with a breathtaking view of Sarasota Bay, driving range, putting green, pro shop, lessons, and club rental. Clubhouse includes pool, whirlpool spa, formal and casual dining. Reservations required. Hours run from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.

Be sure to try the Grille room! Enjoy full-course dinners and specialty buffets. The Grille Room is open for lunch Tuesday through Sunday and dinner is served Wednesday through Saturday. Social functions are planned throughout the year covering a variety of interests from bridge, fashion shows, theater excursions and more.
