The Seashell is our adorably pink home escape. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath Seashell sits on the ground floor on a very quiet street. You are only a block back from the beach, so easily walk on over any time of the day. You are a very short drive or walk from Manatee Public Beach, the area’s most renowned and iconic beach escape.

We sought to make the 203 22nd our little Key West-inspired home.

The bathroom has an entrancing black-and-white color scheme for that added pop, separating it from the glowing green of the kitchen and the beach décor of the living room.

The thick foliage of the backyard and the rustic white fence adds some lovely intimacy to the space. We even have a small relaxation area set up in the backyard, with a nice picnic seat. Read a book and lounge out while the dog plays and runs around. If you want to head to the beach, you are only a short walk away. It is ideal for taking your pup on a nice little afternoon walk by the water.

The Linley Bungalow

Don’t need the extra space? Only coming out solo or as a pair? Our lovely 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath Linley Bungalow could be ideal for you. Vaulted ceilings really give you incredible dimension without making the square footage so big and unwieldy. There’s a public boat ramp and many local restaurants within a walk or short drive.

Its crowning feature is a solar heated lap pool. The elongated length is designed for aerobic swimming, and the salt water adds that nice extra touch.

This is Sandpiper. Adorable, quaint, endearing, and magical, this cozy beach escape is one of our top Anna Maria Island pet friendly rentals. It is so exciting to see our guests glow after a stay here. The home entrance welcomes you with a classic Old Florida exterior. A seahorse hangs on the bottom floor front entrance.

This ground floor rental is a delight. It is in one of the quietest and most isolated little areas on the entire island, but you are still a short drive from the attractions. Holmes Beach is a few miles north and the beach is a few blocks to your east or west.

The home is designed for two people maximum. This rental is uniquely designed as a cozy and quiet romantic vacation escape.
