"This home has all you need for a family. Pack and play, crib, High chair, booster seat for a table, booster seat For a car, 3 washer and dryers, two dishwashers- it’s substantial. Keep in mind the “master” is upstairs for those with multiple littles, but plenty of sleeping downstairs to accommodate. Tons of beach items including wagon, chairs, sand toys, boogie boards- bikes, I mean I would’ve left half of my things at home if I had know that :) additional fridge in garage. Pool is small, but it was plenty for us! I hope we can return here very soon!

"The location of the house was excellent. A very easy five minute walk to the beach and several restaurants. We rented a golf cart to get us around the rest of the island. The kitchen and living room were perfect for hanging out. And the pool area was great with large shade umbrellas and located right off the kitchen doors. Two of the first floor bedrooms share the full bathroom located right off the living room. The location of that bathroom is awkward as it’s also the pass through to the garage but we made it work. In the pictures there appeared to be a built in bunk we were planning to use but we could never locate that spot in the house. Overall, we were very happy with the house and would definitely stay there again for future AMI vacations.

"The space and location were perfect for our family of 12. We had 7 adults and 5 kids. The shared kitchen and living areas were great and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating in. The 4 bathrooms allowed for us and each of our kids’ families to have their own bathrooms which was very nice. The pool is smaller but it worked out just great with our young grandchildren and there was good coverage with large umbrellas for the sun. There was a storm the day we got in that tripped the Wi-Fi and some outlets and the team responded quickly to get it back up and running. Overall a great experience and we will plan to go back.

"Great house for a large group! We had 6 adults and 3 kids and had good space. Three of the bedrooms are small. The pool is small but nice and the house is equipped with a ton of items in the kitchen as well as beach items. Would definitely stay again.

"This home was so perfect for our family trip with 6 adults and 3 kids. The location is amazing and a short walk to the beach and local favorites of ours. The home felt nice and private as well in the pool area. The living spaces were perfect size for our group to all relax and hang out when inside as well. We had a great stay and would definitely stay in this home again!

"Loved the space and location of the property. Plenty of room for our crew of 12. Kitchen was spacious with plenty of seating and well stocked (though a separate drink fridge would have been nice). Loved the multiple dishwash/laundry machines.....though could have used more than 10 beach towels. Great being in more residential area of island but enjoyed being within walking distance of stores and restaurants. All had a fabulous time!

"Nice location, short walk to the beach. Nice yard, well maintained. House has 2 parts: main part where extremely nice big kitchen, living room, bath and beautiful upstairs huge master bedroom with huge nice master bath. However, 2nd part or the house, all on the main ground floor contain all the rest of 4 bedrooms and another 3 baths. That 2nd part is nothing like 1st part of the house: very low ceilings, old construction, had a musty smell on arrival. 2 small rooms and 2 med size rooms. Basically kitchen, living rm, main bath, master bedroom and bath are 5 stars, rest of 4 bedrooms and their baths 2 star. Pool was extremely small, more like hot tub than a pool, maybe 12x6 feet size. Otherwise house was very well equipped with everything: kitchen had every gadget you can imagine, garage had table tennis for use, beach chairs, towels , pool toys, 2 sets of washer and dryers... Overall very nice house!

"The property was absolutely perfect for our large group. The room setup was conducive for baby naps and children’s bedtimes while adults could play cards in the evening with disrupting the sleep. "We contacted Mike Norman Realty, Inc. in January 2020 to help us secure a property on Anna Maria Island. Rochelle promptly sent us information on several properties. She found exactly what we were looking for and we booked immediately. By October 2020, we realized that, with borders between Canada and the U.S.A. closed to non-essential travel due to Covid19, we would be unable to visit Anna Maria Island. We contacted Mike Norman Realty and dealt with Carla. She was understanding of our situation and immediately started looking for a property for 2021. I was impressed with Carla's prompt attention to the matter and her desire to accommodate the needs for our large family. Our experience was positive and professional.
