Excellent Location

"Overall this was a great place to stay. The location is excellent; right on the beach in between Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach. The view was phenomenal, pool and beach was great and the unit/complex itself was really nice. I'd stay here again.

Clean as a whistle!

"It has always been a goal for myself to take 2 whole weeks to be on the ocean, with everything you could possibly need right at your fingertips and the sand just steps away. THIS condo was ALL OF THAT. Clean as a whistle, comfortable, spacious, private, quiet, well equipped for cooking and enjoying an evening inside when you’ve worn yourself out in the waves or the crystal clear pool just below you. The views are perfect, the sunsets are breathtaking, and to have the glass door living room and master bedroom was a real treat. The location cannot be beat, and I want to especially thank the management with Mike Normal Realty for their prompt responses to questions and needs upon arrival and during our stay. Bradenton and Anna Maria are my most favorite and loved areas in all of Florida. When I book again for my next beach adventure I will be certain to book with Mike Norman at the Anna Maria Island Club! Thank you so much and we cannot wait to be back! 😊✨✨✨

Nice Location!

"The property was very nice and had wonderful views of the Gulf and sunsets were amazing. Everything was clean except the keurig so we used the other coffee machine. Otherwise beautiful condo and plenty of closet space.

Great vacation value for the price

"There's a lot of bang for the buck at AMIC 42, not the least of which is the breathtaking view of the gulf from the balcony. The unit was well sized for our family, with a nice master suite and two beds in the front bedroom. It sleeps 4 in the beds (parents in the master and 2 kids in the front bedroom) and probably six altogether if you don't mind crashing on the couches. The ensuite in the master has a great shower. The kitchen is well appointed, but may not have all of the items you want if you are a true gourmet chef. All of the appliances work well. The washer and dryer are located in their own room, so there's not that eyesore to deal with. The furniture on the balcony was comfortable enough that we found ourselves napping there in the afternoon more than once. The balcony is shaded in the afternoon, which is a big plus, and of course there are the famous AMI sunsets to enjoy. The carpet was a little worn and the blinds to the patio needed to be replaced. The electric grill on the patio takes FOREVER to warm up. That's about it for complaints. We have been told this year by Mike Norman Realty that the unit owner has done some updates to the unit. Can't wait to see what they have done. Did I mention that we will definitely be returning? The complex has security doors, with a keyfob entry system. Don't forget the fob! You will need it to enter and exit the pool area as well. The pool is larger than it seems in the photos and is well maintained. The hot tub is nice! The complex is quiet and has a relaxed atmosphere. I think there may be some year-round residents at AMIC, because some of the folks staying there seemed to be unit owners. We stayed in mid-July and were fortunate enough to miss the red tide and to get some actual swells on the beach, which is uncommon enough on the gulf coast. All in all, a great vacation. We are not wealthy, but we are fortunate enough to be able to choose from several destinations for our vacations. This condo was a hit! Budget-friendly yet still made us feel like we had indulged in some luxury. Anna Maria Island Club is located not far south of the Manatee Ave. bridge so the location is quite convenient.
